Our passion is showcasing change-makers who champion micro-manufacturing, minimalist silhouettes, fair-trade practices and sustainability. Our approach to beauty and fashion is that raw, unpretentious and pure beats superficial, plastic and fake every time. THE IMPACT
The Hellenic Fashion Designer Association nurture's Greece's emerging fashion designers with impactful initiatives such as the launch of the Fashion Academy, the establishment of annual scholarships, the application of state and community grants for existing and new designers, as well as the provision of lifelong learning for its members in both traditional skills and new technologies. Further initiatives concern the social and environmental impact of the fashion and textile industries both within Greece and in the wider region. Their goal is to achieve more viable and sustainable business models and practices, as well as to promote responsible consumer behavior within the framework of the circular economy and the healthy development of the Greek fashion industry.
