Service Description

For curious young storytellers Children will step into the world of traditional book arts while exploring the timeless wisdom of Aesop's fables through the classical model of progymnasmata. Participants will learn the foundations of hand bookbinding as they fold signatures, punch sewing stations, and discover both accordion and Coptic stitch techniques to create their own keepsake volume. Through narration, retelling, illustration, and guided writing exercises, children will breathe new life into beloved fables while strengthening their creativity, observation, and communication skills. Each participant will leave with a handmade book filled with original artwork and stories inspired by the enduring lessons of the classical tradition.
